Mother Hen was inspired by one of my own chickens. She kept disappearing and then one day she just didn't come back. We thought she was gone for good! A few days later we spotted her in the yard and she had 11 chicks with her. We still don't know where she had her nest or how she survived out of her coop for so long. Just goes to show the strength and survival skills a mother has for her babies!

This acrylic painting is 20x20 and is on a gallery wrapped canvas. It can be framed or you can just leave it as is, the sides are painted to match the front. 

Each of my paintings is varnished with a high quality, UV resistant satin varnish to protect your investment.
